FUZZY LOGIC DALAM MENGANALISA PENGARUH KONSEP HALAL TOURISM TERHADAP PERILAKU MASYARAKAT SUMATERA BARAT

Abstract

Sumatera Barat adalah salah satu Provinsi di Indonesia yang memiliki banyak potensi dan destinasi wisata, baik wisata alam, budaya, belanja, kuliner dan wisata lainnya. Sumatera Barat juga dikenal dengan sebutan Ranah Minang terkenal dengan budaya dan filofosi adat basandi sarak, sarak basandi kitabullah, yang artinya agama dan adat itu seiring sejalan dan tak bisa dipisahkan. Sumatera Barat memiliki keanekaragaman adat budaya, semuanya itu terlihat dalam keseharian masyarakatnya. Perilaku masyarakat Sumatera Barat berbeda dengan daerah lain, di Sumatera Barat sangat kental dengan adat yang dibalut dengan anjuran agama Islam, terlihat dalam menggunakan pakaian, berbicara, tingkah laku sopan santun semuanya itu tertera dalam aturan adat. Konsep halal tourism adalah salah satu sistem pariwisata yang di peruntukan bagi wisatawan Muslim yang pelaksanaanya mematuhi aturan Syariat Islam, baik itu kenyamanan dalam beribadah, tempat hunian serta sarana umum, makanan yang mengedepankan konsep halal itu sendiri, sehingga memberikan rasa aman nyaman untuk semua pariwisata muslim, Pada Tahun 2016 Sumareta Barat mendapatkan 4 predikat untuk konsep wisata halal tingkat nasional yang diselenggarakan oleh Kementrian Pariwisata Republik Indonesia, yaitu : Destinasi Wisata Halal Terbaik, Destinasi Kuliner Terbaik, Biro Perjalanan Wisata Halal Terbaik, dan Restoran Halal Terbaik. Kemudian di tingkat Internasional Sumatera Barat mendapatkan 3 predikat wisata halal yaiut : World’s Best Halal Culinary Destination dan World’s Best Halal Destination dan World’s Best Halal Tour Operator - Ero Tour. Perolehan predikat wisata halal ini tentu memberikan dampak terhadap jumlah kunjungan wisatawan dan prilaku masyarakat Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa pengaruh konsep halal tourism terhadap kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara dan perilaku masyarakat Sumatera Barat, setelah mendapatkan predikat wisata halal tingkat Nasional dan Internasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan konsep Fuzzy Logic berbasis Artificial Inteligent (AI). Kata Kunci: Fuzzy Logic, perilaku, wisata halal.
