All articles published in JMUA are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) license. This license permits users to share (copy, distribute, and transmit) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon) the content for any purpose, including commercial use, as long as proper attribution is provided to the original author(s) and the copyright holder. Additionally, any adaptations must be distributed under the same license terms.
Copyright Holder: The copyright for all published articles is held by the Departemen Matematika dan Sains Data, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA), Universitas Andalas (UNAND).
Author Rights: While the department holds the copyright, authors retain the right to reuse their work for any lawful purposes under the CC BY-SA license, including sharing on personal or institutional websites, using in future research, or distributing in other publications, provided proper credit is given.
User Rights
Under the terms of the CC BY-SA license, users are allowed to:

However, users must meet the following conditions:

No Embargo or Access Restrictions
JMUA does not impose any embargo periods on its published content. All articles are available free of charge and can be accessed without the need for registration, subscription, or payment. The journal does not charge any fees to access its online content.

The open-access license (CC BY-SA) applies to all versions of the article, including the submitted, accepted, and final published versions. The license information is clearly displayed on each article’s page and within the article itself, whether in HTML or PDF format.
