PENERAPAN METODE POHON REGRESI STEPWISE LINEAR DENGAN ALGORITMA GUIDE DALAM MENGANALISIS PENGARUH KINERJA PROGRAM GIZI TERHADAP PREVALENSI UNDERWEIGHT DI INDONESIA

Abstract

Underweight merupakan keadaan gizi kurang yang merupakan akibat dari kekurangan asupan zat gizi yang masuk ke dalam tubuh. Berdasarkan Pemantauan Status Gizi (PSG) tahun 2017, wilayah Indonesia mengalami prevalensi underweight sebesar 17,8% yang mana prevalensi ini melewati batas aman kejadian underweight menurut WHO (World Health Organization). Oleh karena itu, perlu dianalisis pengaruh kinerja program gizi terhadap prevalensi underweight di Indonesia agar dapat dijadikan acuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan underweight di Indonesia. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan yaitu metode pohon regresi stepwise linear dengan algoritma GUIDE (Generalized, Unbiased Interaction Detection and Estimation). Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan metode ini menunjukkan bahwa kejadian underweight dapat dikelompokkan menjadi 17 kelompok berdasarkan karakteristiknya oleh 8 kinerja program gizi, sedangkan model yang terbentuk disetiap simpul dipengaruhi oleh 13 kinerja program gizi, dimana ketepatan model yang dihasilkan meningkat dari 0,2796 menjadi 0,6227. Dengan kata lain, dugaan yang diperoleh dari model yang terbentuk mampu menerangkan pengaruh kinerja program gizi terhadap prevalensi underweight di Indonesia.
